2020 has been a hard year – emotionally – around the world. Here in Nova Scotia, it’s been especially hard; a lot of tragic events in a normally quiet and peaceful part of Canada.
I wrote this over a two month period – April-June – as a way to process and cope. I hope you’ll find some comfort and some strength in it.
